The Mandela Effect is when someone believes that their recollection or memory is correct. In reality, the memories of that person are distorted and are most likely proven wrong. They can clearly remember events that have happened, but, in reality, they either never happened or they didn’t happen the way they remember it. The Mandela effect does not mean they are lying because the person will genuinely believe what they’re saying is true. Have you ever experienced the Mandela effect?
