On November 26th 2022, The Auburn Tigers faced The Alabama Crimson Tide at Bryant Denny Stadium. It was coach Carnell Williams first iron bowl as head coach. Auburn scored the first touchdown of the game with Robby Ashford’s rushing touchdown. The halftime score was 35-14. Alabama ended up wining 49-27. After Alabama’s struggles this year, Auburn was hoping for a victory in the Iron Bowl. Many Auburn fans were disappointed in the final score including Luke Hale, who said, “What are we doing Auburn?” After this game Alabama’s record is 10-2 and Auburn’s is 5-7.
