On October 1st, our school honored 62 students who passed their AP exams in May 2021. Over the past 5 years, SHS has had a 29 percent increase in qualifying scores earned. This can save students at least $120,000 in tuition. Some students that had already graduated were brought back to receive their recognition and a gift card.  The following students earned the AP Scholar Recognition with Distinction award, granted to those with an average of 3.5 score or higher on all taken exams and a score of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams:
