Well, SHS, we’ve made it! It is finally upon us— Christmas time! After a long and sometimes difficult first semester, it is time for a much-needed break. During this time of year, many people spend time with their family, friends and loved ones. It is a time of joy and cheer. I encourage you to try to have some fun during the break. Go on a vacation. Go somewhere nice to eat. Go see a movie, or even just stay at home and enjoy the free time. If you do not believe in the religious ideals of Christmas, then I definitely encourage you to take this time to reflect and be thankful for the blessings this year has held for us. I know I am thankful for many things. Come back next semester with the same determination to be the best you can be in the classroom and around the school. Merry Christmas, everybody!
