2023 NBA ALLSTAR GAME

The 2023 NBS All Star Game will be another exciting year for the NBA Stars who were selected for this game and even for the younger stars. All-star weekend will be held on Sunday February 17th – 19th, 7:00 P.M. This year’s games and competitions will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah home to the Utah Jazz. The events that are held yearly are The Kia Dunk Contest this event will feature the first ever G League participant, Mac McClung. In the 3 point contest, most participants haven’t been officially named for the contest, but many stars will be in the 3 point contest and fan favorite Stephen Curry. The Rising Stars Challenge (Game) is a Game for the NBA’s rookies and second year players (sophomores).  This Event is Team USA with young players born in the United States and Team World with players born from other countries outside the USA. The Main Event for All-Star weekend is of course the All-Star Games that feature the Leagues best players from this season. It will be the 72nd ever All-Star game. This years Captains are Giannis Antetokounmpo from the East and Lebron James from the West. The Starters for this year’s game are Kyrie Irving, Donovan Mitchell, Kevin Durant, Jayson Tatum, Nikola Jokic, Stephen Curry, Luka Doncic. Kevin Durant and Zion Williamson will both be sitting out due to injuries. Now for the Reserves Jaylen Brown, Joel Embiid, Demar DeRozan, Julius Randle, Jrue Holiday, Tyrese Haliburton, Bam Adebayo, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Damian Lillard, Paul George, Lauri Markkanen, Ja Morant, Jaren Jackson Jr, and Domantas Sabonis.  The All-Star draft will be held before the game for the first time ever this year and with all the stars it should be another great All-Star Game!
