NBA season winding down

The 2021-2022 NBA regular season is in the final stretch with each with around 10 games left to play.  Right now the Phoenix Suns and Miami Heat are the 1 seeds in their respective conferences, with the Suns 9 games ahead of the Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizzlies have been a pleasant surprise this season, led by Ja Morant, who in his 3rd season is having a breakout year. In 3rd place in the West is the Golden State Warriors, followed by the Utah Jazz, Dallas Mavericks, and the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 6th seed. The first play-in team in the 7th seed is the injury-riddled Denver Nuggets with the LA Clippers, NO Pelicans, and the LA Lakers in the last play in spot. Back to the Eastern Conference, the defending Champs the Milwaukee Bucks hold the 2nd seed, closely followed by the Philadelphia 76ers, Boston Celtics, the new look Chicago Bulls, and the Cleveland Cavaliers, who have also been a pleasant surprise even after losing their at-the-time best player Colin Sexton. Currently in the play-in seeds are the Toronto Raptors, Brooklyn Nets, Charlotte Hornets, and Atlanta Hawks. The Lakers and Nets have been by far the biggest disappointments. The Lakers have been suffering from injuries to Anthony Davis and poor play from Russel Westbrook among others. The Nets have also been dealing with injuries and Kyrie Irving only playing on a part time status. Its crunch time for these teams either trying to get into a play-in spot, or out of one and into a regular playoff spot. It will be fun to see how it goes.
